While I have not actually lived here, it was right behind my last job and about 18 months ago when we were getting ready to move, I did go over and ask them about their complex. I was told there were no empty apartments or models to show in the floorplan I was interested in, but that there would be in about a week and that they would call so I could come view one (many complexes will not let you even fill out an application unless you can first view the property). To this day, I have not heard back from them. I am not sure I would have chosen to move there--their prices did seem a bit high for the actual square footage--but the fact they felt I would not fit in and decided to ignore calling me back says something about the people who work there.
