Unfortunately Chows are aggressive dogs. Most places won't allow them. You made a choice to get a chow and now you have to live with it.
On the other side of that, the complex is very crappy about security and even caring about their renters. Most of those people who post the good reviews are scared to put their email address or name because everyone will know it's bogus.
It is correct that no apartments are 100% safe, but at least do something to make it look like you give a damn.
BTW, anyone who has to break into cars and houses and steal someone else's stuff is a -----. Be a man. Get a real job. If you were a man, you'd break into a car in front of the owner and get your face broken like your mom should've done.
