I have to agree with the comment about the grounds being clean here. Lately it seems I see more and more trash just being left around before any of the maintenance men get around to picking it up. Not to mention the dumpsters, forget about attempting to dump your garbage on weekends. Those things are full to the top and the only other place to put the trash is by the dumpster where rapid animals are free to go through it as they please. I used to see the old maintanence team picking up trash on a regular basis, but I guess these new guys we have don't feel it's as important of a task.

The poster above needs to understand that the maintenance staff dosent work on the weekends. So when people who live there decide to clean out there cars in the parking lot and throw all of their trash onto the ground it makes for alot of trash to accumulate by Monday. I know when I come home from work after a monday workday those grounds are pretty clean. Must be alot of work for those guys to pick up all that trash. Maybe if people would be a little more courteous and instead of just throwing on the ground and thinking "oh well they will pick it up" maybe they should just do their own part and put it in a trash can and dumpster. I mean these guys have put them all over the property for people to use.
