Good location/Good discounts From: rachel_alicia Date posted: 5/28/2002 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002   This is in a great location--in a cul-de-sac right off of I-10 behind West Telemarketing. Gives 5% off to students, West employees, med center employees, and USAA employees I think. Lots of trees and a nice pool, but the access gates are a pain. Didn't work very often anyway. Spray for pests once a month. Very quiet inside--our neighbors had a baby and we never heard crying or anything. Outside is a different story. We live in the 1/1 loft which is a little over 800 square feet and has a big upstairs balcony. There is a big closet under the stairs, a linen closet, and a walk-in closet in the bedroom. It is however a little hard to have guests stay the night because it has only half-walls upstairs and no doors. But they rent out a reasonably priced guest suite which is probably better anyway. Our apartment has 2 very large windows, so we get a lot of outside noise from car radios and honking. The management is OK--I had a couple of little issues with them a while back, but nothing major.
