I've lived here for about 3yrs now. Over all I have had very few problems with management and maintenance. As far as break ins, haven't had to deal with that. I can say that they don't really keep track of who paid the water bill, and the cat and dog poop is a bit of a hazard to anyone with nice or new shoes. If it's broke they fix it, and the office staff are all nice folks. Plus they keep a female hottie agent around to make those office drop-ins fun. I'd say great place to stay if ya don't mind paying a lil extra.
