definately stick to the rules From: beenicer@yahoo.com Date posted: 6/11/2005 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005   Ok, here's how I see this place: they most definately stick to the rules of the lease. If your car has expired tags or registration it will be tagged. Then if you don't fix it they tow it away! I for one am a law abiding citizen, so this I think is great! I also had a noise complaint about my next door neighbors. They would play LOUD BOOMING noise till the morning hours. Once I brought it to the managers attention she had the property courtesy police knock on the guys door and give him a warning. Must have scared the crap out of him. I haven't had a problem since. I considered moving closer to my office, but after reading several other reviews I realize I should probably stay put. I enjoy my apartment and the staff is pleasant.
