I think that this apartment complex is very nice. There are some positive & negative things. Everyone of whom I have seen is rude, and does not say hi to you. The only person that ever communicated with my family when we first moved in was our neighbors. If your walking to the pool or to get the mail, no one will even smile at you, they will stare & laugh at you, which is quite immature. No one ever is really at the pool, I was surprised to find out there were 250 people living in the apartments & I've been there a few times, and only ever seen about 6 people there, tops. If someone has their television louder then what yours is, you can hear vibration from the other side of the wall, it's extremely loud. There's also cats that run about, and set my dog off barking all night long, because it wouldn't leave. We also leave dog food outside, and then we believe the cats that live around come and eat it because it's pretty much gone the next morning and the water is tipped upside down. Also, at the pool, they clean it out every Monday, but on Thursday-Sunday, it's disgusting, leaves & plant life all over the pool, it's gross just swimming, there's dead spiders & eww. There was also a geico running about on one of the chairs. You can also hear the water, but I've gotten used to that one, just because my neighbors upstairs run the water constantly. There are of course good things about the apartment complex, the pool is nice when it's cleaned. The apartments are perfect size, when my husband first told me that we were moving into an apartment I was afraid it would be EXTREMELY tiny, but was very surprised to find out how much space was actually in the apartment. Maintenence is great, we've lived here for a month, and only have had them come out once for us. He seemed extremely sweet. The office people are nice as well! I would definitely recommend The Hill at Woodway apartments!!!
