Hill At Woodway Apartments
AVERAGE RATING

i have been here for 2 years and it has been ok. it has definitely gone done hill from the moment i moved in. the staff that was there two years ago were really helpful and very nice. some are still there now but some aren't and new personnel are not helpful or nice. i used to feel like i was accepted at this apartment, now i feel like they treat there residents very cold. you would think that after two years of being a good resident they would at least treat you decent. other than that... the grounds!!! i was embarrassed to bring my friends and family by. the pool and pool furniture is poor at best and the apartment exterior have been just wasted after a huge storm we had in MAY!!! MAY it is almost OCT and some of the stuff have been fixed not all. i am glad to say i am getting out of here and not returning. good luck to the rest of the residents.

In response to my neighbor who posted. I remember that hail storm and it was nasty! The whole complex was severly damaged just after they had just repainted and redone the siding for the whole community! I can immagine that these repairs are expensive and timely. As of Oct. 2006 almost all of the damage has been repaired and all the pool furniture has been replaced. They have also improved the grounds and as i write this post they have also started to redo the entire pool area as well. I for one still love living here.
