This is the first apartment I've ever lived in. I've been here for the past 4 months now, and I must say, I've been nothing but pleased with my experience here. I feel very safe, which is important to me being a young woman living by myself. It is surprizingly quiet. Also everyone I've run across or dealt with here have been nothing but friendly.

I've only had one maintnance request so far, which was for a leak in the hot water connection for my washer and dryer, and they were pretty quick to respond to that and I haven't had a problem since then.

It's also nice that it's so close to a police station, which does give a little peace of mind at night. The only down side to that, is they seem to also be very ticket happy when it comes to this area, so drive very carefully around here.

The gate also works about 95% of the time, which is a lot better than a majority of apartment complexes I've visited (which seem to just have the gate there for decoration only).

The only thing I don't like, is that it's not very well lit at night. I just avoid going out at night alone. But, all in all, I definitely plan on staying here for a while.
