Moved in Jan 05. The staff then was great only had minor problems with AC. There were no bugs, water problems, nothing. We move into the 2 bedroom in Aug 2006. Since then we had had 7 water issues, 2 in the same place, roach problems and mice as well recently. The Staff currently doesnt seem to care about their tennants or their property. Two weeks ago I reported a water issue and it is still not resolved. You would think that would be fixed quickly. Things seemed to go down hill when the previous manager left. I also think we have stayed as long as we have because we had such a great experience with the one bedroom. I just hope that we dont have to stay here much longer becuase this property is at the bottom of rentals.
