The first 6 mos were good---after the 6 mos ended we discovered (me and my roomie) mildew and water leaks that were never fixed! They did try to fix it but it kept coming back-- maintenance is just temporary staff--so they did their best,but honestly-it wasn't that great. I don't think our section (14) was a great part--maybe some parts are better--regardless the neighbors are a bit annoying and the complex is just going down. So good luck! safety wise gates are always broken. Oh, and I also got 2 fake eviction notices,when we went to go see why, they said it was just a mistake.
