I've only been here a short while, but am already highly impressed. The complex and landscaping are gorgeous, and the apts. themselves are well-crafted and the sound insulation is excellent; I have yet to hear any TV/music or plumbing noises from other units). The quietness is amazing for an apartment! The one bedroom I moved into is cleverly laid out, and has a built-in PC workstation,lots of storage space, ceramic tile areas and plush carpeting throughout. The management staff I've dealt with (Trixie, Jacqui, Trisha) have been very considerate and professional; maintenance is prompt and courteous, and I have yet to hear any loud parties; residents seem to be a nice mix of civilian and military professionals. Hill Country Villas appears to be the best complex in the Sea World area.
