I've lived in these apartments for not even a year. Month after month, more and more cars are reported vandalized, broken into, and even stolen. There is no security, courtesy patrols, or cameras and management doesn't intend on combating this ongoing problem. Instead, they make it as if it were your own fault for having this happen to you. For being such a nice complex, it's a shame that nothing is being done to make the tenants feel more secure about leaving their vehicles unattended. I personally have had my vehicle vandalized and I know of several others that have had break ins and one stolen. This is ridiculous/frustrating. I cant for my least to be up. Don't rent here!!

Thats crazy, we lived there a year ago and i remember the parking sucked but no cars were being stolen. I called a few weeks ago too and asked trixie if they needed a courtesy patrol officer(my husband is sapd) because we were thinking about moving back and she said no, they have been using the same officer that has lived there for a few years now. If hes not patroling the area, i guess hes just getting free rent and not doing his side job. Hes getting a nice deal, not really working his side job but getting free rent, where do i sign up???
