In all fairness, the place was great!

In all fairness, the place was great! We lived there for over two years and not once had a problem with management or other tenants. I see people complaining about management but it works both ways. Communication is key! One should treat people they way they want to be treated. Trixie and her staff are very nice people always attentive to the needs of tenants. Trixie is Swedish, (I think) and does have a strong personality, but never has she been rude or disrespectful to anyone that I witnessed or heard. She has the type of personality apartment complexes need...who would anyone to walk all over them' I am sure that she deals with a lot of crap from tenants, tell me you don't have bad days' She abides by the rules of the owners and cannot deter from them. Yes, parking sucked because it was limited but there was always parking within the gates even if you had to walk across the complex. Covered parking is available for purchase and that too sucked because if one wanted to ensure a good close parking space they were forced to buy covered parking. But then again she does not make the rules, she has to enforce them. Personally, I never had a problem with parking, one learns to suck it up and drive on. The vandalism and theft occurred right when Katrina victims were relocated to the complex. The location is convenient and better than the other choices available to one.
