They decided that I had too much "traffic" as a young single person, which half of the people who come here either live here or were homeless people wondering the property without a place to shower or sleep, so they raised my rent for my "spacious" one bedroom to $700! When i signed my lease it was $545 a month. First, when approached about the price change to resign the lease, I was told by the manager that they needed to add money for water (in my all bills paid apartment'), Then upon further questioning I was flat out told it was to clean up the apartments. Hmmmm. I am wondering if anyone else is paying $700 for a 1 bedroom apartment at this lovely establishment. By the way the appliances are older than me, and i'm almost 30. I am the only black resident, but I think its more that I am single and I have a lot of friends checking on me especially now that I am having a baby. In the winter there is a vote to turn on the heat, or it has to be below 45 degrees outside. Pets are not allowed, but I am one of few residents who don't have one.

this place is nasty to live they say they have 2 pools but only 1 is kept clean and thats the 1 they show 2 you since its by the office. i lived here for 1 year and it was hell. they never kept up with anything. the manager was always loosing paper work also the payments two months out of that year they tried charging me rent twice because they said that i didnt pay my rent which i did and luckily i keep my money order stub otherwise they wouldve gotten away with it.......

To the person at the top, those one bedrooms are HUGE and 700 all bills paid is awesome for that apartment! I lived there a year and the office staff was great. They even work with you on late rent or let you break it up. What other apartment complex will do that? And if you had a lot of traffic, obvioulsy it was A LOT if the office noticed it when they are only there until 5 everyday. OH and you are DEFINITELY not the only black person there!! lol thats just a ridiculous statement and i dont know why yall always have to bring up race. its 2000 ----in 9. Im black and i think thats just ignorance. You saw the place before you moved in if you didnt like the appliance i dont know why you even moved in...its not like you thought they would magically change to stainless steal brand new appliances over night! You people complaining about a place you picked are just funny. Buy a house and shut up!! Oh and you have a thermostat in your apt, if you want heat turn the freakin thing on and quit bitchin...You act like everyone stands in the court yard and votes to turn the heat on or leave it off. God your stupid.
