This was my first apartment on my own. I didn't know what I was getting into until it was to late. They never make repairs (until you send a certified letter and threaten to end your lease term due to default to owner) and that happens at least once a month. I was 7 months pregnant, in the middle of winter, and had no hot water. Instead of fixing it they gave me a key to another unit on the other side of the apartments where I had to take a shower. I lived upstairs from an older lady and she didn't like me for some reason and she told the office lies about me. When I said they weren't true they told me I have to respect her because she knows the owners and can have me evicted (which would have been a blessing)! The grounds are terrible and the pools are disgusting. There are drug dealers and people taking advantge of welfare living here. If you have any regards to your safety and overall sanity I would drive right past it.
