I lived at this property for 2yrs and it was a horrible experience. As a single mom I needed housing to help me get on my feet, at the time they said it was newly renovated propery, that is why I settled here. Yea they where right the outside was renovated, they inside where still old appliances, old carpet! The office staff changed every six months, I never knew who to talk to. Maintenance never came to fix any problems. My toilet seat was broken for over a month, ceiling was damaged from an A/C leak. I had to buy my own traps for the mice that kept coming in, I also discovered that they where getting into my stove, so disgusting! My neighbors where fine they never bothered me, coming home with my daughter at night was a little scary. There was alway a group of guys drinking at the bottom of my steps. I am just so happy that I got out, I do wish that property luck and I hope that the new management doesn't give up on that property and cleans it up.
