Do not move into building 21 There is a Bosnian and he plays music all night and wont shut up and if you tell him anything he spits at you and gets in a big fight and his daughter will key up your car. Apartment # 2101 ANd then the other people run up and down the stairs all night and do drugs outside your front door and fight with each other and yell and scream all day and all night. They never fix any thing i put in work orders and they dont fix anything. People drive around with their base full blast in their cars all night, I cannot even sleep and i hate it
