Management not helpful. Lived in apartment for years, management has really gone down the past couple of years. Felt discriminated and that they are only there to make money. Did not make me feel comfortable. If you phone or go by the office for help, they would frown and take the complaint. But when it was the first day of the month, man, were they happy to see you with that check. When there was complaints against other tenants, they said they would do something about it, nothing would get done. There would be loud music, people having arguments and breaking windows, can't tell you how many people dealing drugs live in this complex. We would watch them dealing and one could get high just from smelling dope coming from these apartments. Rent is never the same from year to year. Plan on paying an extra $40-50 each time you renew the lease
