I lived here before I moved to Abilene. My car go broken into, my ex girlfriends truck was broken into. My neighbor would beat his wife and then tried to start a fight with other people. When I was there a lady got her purse stolen at knife point. Management sucks so does maintenance. Never had any problems with bugs. Over all stay away or buy a car alarm that can page you and get a concealed hangdun license.
