Have lived at this complex for almost 5 years and up to now have had no problems. Recent change in management has diminished the quality of life at the complex. The new office staff is unprofessional and rude. They take the a poor tenant-service attitude. I recently raised respectful concerns to the management about the condition of my unit. All they would say is that they did what they were required to do. While this might be true, the lack of quality and attention that went into the work left much to be desired.
Security is a concern. Signs are posted throughout the property indicated that the area is under patrol, but I have rarely seen any security on the premises.

It's also curious that there are other negative reviews of this complex. Reviews have responses that try to refute them. However, the person posting the response uses a screen name that is similar to the apartment manager's name. Coincidence'

I am the manager of Honey Hill Apartments. We take our residents satisfaction very seriously. However, it is difficult to please eveyone. The above complaint, was about the carpet not being cleaned well enough. I offerd to clean the carpets again, at no cost to resident. He declined. We try to be pleasant to everyone, and resident satisfaction is our number 1 goal, we the staff apologize for this seemily miscommunication. The management company of Honey Hill Apartments is the same as it has been for the last 26 years. ~Jodi Milian~

I am a resident of the Honey Hill and I never had any problem with the management or the staff. The staff is always willing to work with the residents to get any of their issues taken care of in a timely manor. It is a very nice place to live. I would always recommend it to anyone.

I am also a resident at Honey Hill Apartments. It is a pretty nice place. However, I believe that this is not the place for the manager to address issues with her tenants. It is petty and unprofessional. Everyone has a right to voice their opinion. If you provide the best possible customer service it should speak for itself....Note to self...Manager at Honey Hill apartments has a problem with constructive critisism and communication.
