I have lived in the Honey Hill for over 5 years now, and I have seen only one change in the office staff management since I have been here and it has been a change that was the best move I have seen yet. The management that was in place for the first 3 years that I lived here was outdated and did not care about the needs of the tenants. It seemed that they were just going thru the motions and it was just a paycheck until retirement.
Since the new management and staff have come on board I see that maintenance calls are answered in a timely manor and the staff enjoys their jobs and puts that needs of the tenants first. In this day and age that is something that is few and far between.
I have looked around this area at different complexes and I can tell you that for the price and the square footage and the amenities that Honey Hill offers, you will not find anything that comes close to it.
I would not want to live somewhere that you have a high turnover in management and staff. We have a very competant and reliable staff at the Honey Hill and I highly recommend it to anyone that is looking for a home not just an apartment complex to live in.
