I lived in Honey Hill for two years, due to a job transfer, I had to move.I am now moving back. When I called two months ago they were 100% occupied. I was asked to call back which I did, thankfully they had one available. I look forward to being "home" again.
I never have had one problem with management. Received my full deposit back.

I got my full deposit back as well but the management is rude and they DO talk about EVERYONE behind their backs. It is a crappy complex with high crime and vehicle break ins. I had my car broken into and me GF had her truck broken into. The management walks around like they are a better class of people, but their not they are trashy. You could not pay me to move back in over there. The only reason I ever moved in over there is because I was in school and it was close to my gf parents house. If you can afford even a little more in rent go somewhere else. Remember the management works for you...
