I lived at Huebner Country for 1.5 years. Things were good there while I was there. I never had any real major problems with anyone there. The only thing I did not like was that the property FLOODS easily when it rains. BEWARE OF THIS! Your carpet will be ruined by all the mud you'll track in. THEN THEY'LL CHARGE YOU FOR THIS LATER! Even though you shampoo and clean it up. THE FLOODING IS ENOUGH TO NOT MOVE THERE! You'll have to swim to your apt when it rains and jump HUGE puddles just to unlock your door. This is a major problem that they are not in a hurry to fix. I would have moved out earlier but I just hate moving. I hated having friends over because they would have to take off their shoes before coming in to avoid tracking in mud. My patio flooded when it rained too. I could not have anything on the patio because it would flood. I would have 1 or 2 inches of SITTING water on my patio and in front of my door.

Like I said before, things were good while there BUT BEWARE WHEN YOU MOVE OUT! They will charge you all sorts of things in order to make money. Nadine, the manager, is so damn rude. I called to discuss my bill and she immediately gets defensive and raises her voice when I was just calling to discuss my bill. WHY BE SO DEFENSIVE AND RUDE' There was no need for that. Things were good while I was there because I rarely talked to the office people, but once you need to talk to them about something they get rude and defensive. The guy that works in there knows absolutely nothing. So make sure you get stuff in writing when talking to him because he doesn't know what he is talking about. He'll tell you one thing but then Nadine will say another thing.

The good thing was that the neighbors weren't really bad neighbors. It wasn't a loud party complex and everyone kept to themselves. It was pretty safe for a gateless property. The bad, is that its a major flooding complex and the management is rude when you actually do need them, and they'll charge you for all sorts of things once you move out then give you attitude when you want to discuss your bill in detail. It's like they know they are screwing up over so they give you an attitude.

I'm pretty satisfied so far with my current complex. I have already talked to the managers on site several times and I can tell a huge difference. They are very friendly and I can tell because several tenants just stop by to talk to them before heading to the workout area near the office. They encourage you to come by and chat because "we are all neighbors and we all call this place home." Those were the office managers own words. My door had to be fixed and they fixed it right away. The office manager was nice enough to call me the next day to see if I was happy with the door and if I had any other problems to call her.

It's not that the staff is rude it all depends on the residents attitude!!! Nobody is just rude unless the other person is being rude and defensive. As for Huebner Country I find it clean, quite, and reasonable. Plus they now accept large pets.
