Huebner Country Apartments

I currently live there...... From: redlight948848474 Date posted: 1/7/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   I currently live at these Apartments. I can vouch for vehicle break-ins on my side of the complex. The management finally did fix the light that shines on the parking lot, but it is still inadequately lit. I seen 5 attempted vehicle break-ins in the summer alone...so be weary of that. I am somewhat happy with the apartment and I'm happy with the amount for rent that we pay, but sometimes getting something fixed can be a slight battle. I'm not sure if the maintenance man is too busy, or what other circumstances could be. I have read about the management billing previous tenants for cleaning carpets and I can vouch that almost weekly, there is a carpet truck outside. When we moved in, we were promised to get a new bathroom faucet because the one we had was old and really nasty......come almost a year later, it still hasn't been done. No problem. Just more ammo for a lawsuit if they try to screw us when we move out. I would recommend a friend but please be cautious with your vehicle and keep all your receipts for out of pocket repairs. TAKE PICTURES OF ALL THE PROBLEMS AND ROOMS BEFORE YOU MOVE IN AND TAKE PICTURES AFTER YOU MOVE OUT.....SERIOUSLY!
