ick From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/25/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   the lack of quality of my apartment has much to be desired. on an unfortunate note, i find it quite continuously below my standard level of satisfaction. in addition to the above said, the management staff relay a lack of motivation and interest in their tenenants needs. Their constant bad and unpleasent attitude leaves a lot to be desired for their apartment manageing skills. Everytime I have a problem in which I wish to call the apartment complex about, I am intimidated by the staff and what I perceive their reactions may be to my problem. I am usually expected to fix it myself and stop pestering management. In other cases, the employee working in the office does not know the answer, nor do they try to even contact someone who can answer the aforementioned question. I am not satisfied with my stay at Huebner Oaks Apartments and I will not be renewing my lease.
