CRAP! DONOT EVER EVER MOVE IN!!! From: lilacorchyyd@yahoo.com Date posted: 5/14/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   This was my original response --- read on and be horrified! I guess management used to be awful. I've been there for a few months now and its great. Very peaceful, friendly people. Grace is AWESOME! My washer and dryer weren't working so they attempted to repair it within two days, it didn't work so the very next day they replaced both washer and dryer. I love it so far. 6/19/07 - DONT FALL FOR IT! They sucker you in the first few months so you don't complain! I have given them a list of things to repair 4 times...they claim I never did, have lost it, are working on it or that I owe a late fee and thats why they haven't fixed it! My rent has never been late! The manager is absolutely horrid! and RUDE!! Grace is still very nice but isnt even there half the time! I will try to get out of my lease ASAP! DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! 9/5/07 - To date...since my last posting they HAVE NOT FIXED A SINGLE THING! Please I beg you...don't move here!!!
