Great place to live- Not sure what previous responses are about. Probably someone not paying rent on time.

Really enjoy living at Huebner Oaks. I was pleased when the gates started to work. But of course there are immature idiots who have to ruin a good thing. Minor things have been fixed or repaired in a timely manner. Definately better response from office staff then from any other management property.
The office staff is even going to provide my children with school supplies and have a back to school party for them. Really makes us feel appreciated for being a resident.

I think this is maybe a staff member. Huebner Oaks is garbage, the gates have only been fixed for about 2 weeks after 2 years of not working properly..... The office staff has horrible customer service skills. The apartment complex itself is so run down, this complex needs to become low income. A service request for a broken air conditioner during the summer took a week to fix..... A WEEK that is not a timely manner that's poor managment. Huebner oaks is staffed with employees who walk around the complex and do nothing for their tenants. Do not rent from Huebner oaks! The floor model they show does not look anything like the 1 bedroom that I had to live in. STAY AWAY

I agree with the anonymous response on 08/11/2007. The office staff is really horrible. They are incompetent and cannot respond to your maintenance needs on time. Water leaks, faulty pipes, gates not functioning and pot holes on the property that can do enough damage to your alignment on your vehicle and not enough lights outside the apartment complex. They want to hold parties and make you pay 75.00 for remotes for gates that do not funtion 99% time. What kind of mess is this? Caution, do not rent from Huebner Oaks if you wish to have no air conditioning and no hot water, leaks and faulty pipes and have felons running around breaking into your vehicles and apartments. Ghetto Fabulous!

I agree completely with the bad reviews of this complex. it has become a SECTION 8,dirty TRAILER PARK, LOW LIFE/LOW CLASS tenant complex. the people who have been moving in the last 6 months are LOW LIFE TRASH.. they look like people off the streets and they act like it (sitting outside day and night,talking so loud you have to raise the volume on your t.v. to drown out the noise, smoking,drinking, retarded kids screaming and crying day and night AND they are the only people you hear!).. and all of these low life's seem to like to slam doors (day & night)the entire building will shake. I guess when you're used to to living on the street or in a garage dump, you think this is normal. the access gates are a joke.. they are always open and sometime never work and tenants have to buy a $75.00 remote access??? why.. the low life tenants who are moving in get it for free while everyone has to pay.. the office staff is HORRIBLE. they could care less if you've lived here for 10 yrs or 10 days..apartments and cars have been broken into within the last 6 months. management seems to appreciate the LOW LIFE trailer park/welfare trash (who by the way DO NOT WORK), i unfortunately have to live right next to them. maintenance is a joke. a work order will take 2-3 weeks to complete and you HAVE to call them several times. DO NOT RENT AT THIS COMPLEX unless you want to live around WELFARE/TRAILER PARK trash.

I agree too. This definitely sounds like it is an office member. It sounds just like them to say "Not sure what previous responses are about. Probably someone not paying rent on time." That's how rude they really are. This is the worst garbage of an apartment to ever live in. stay away and save urself the trouble!
