1) there is NO insulation in the walls, floors or ceiling. so you will hear EVERYTHING going on in the other apartments (people arguing/fighting, children screaming and crying, tv's, radios; you name, you will hear it)
2) maintenance is a joke. you will have to call 3-4 times to get something fixed (i've called about my air conditoner) and the office staff will act like, they didn't get the message the 1st time. 3) the complex has started to accept "section 8, low income housing tenants" which means; you will be paying the full rental fee while a bunch of lowlife/trailer park trash will be paying 1/2 the rent. I know this for a fact because the trailer park trash that has moved in the building I'm in, told everyone "they didn't get a sxxx about this place and FEMA was paying their rent anyway WHY' they are from louisiana. loud, low life fat white axxhole w/a skank wife/girfriend (who banged on my door at 6 am to use the phone & ask for money so she could go & get something to eat) and a loud retarded child. the fat axxhole use the bar-b-que grill on the porch every weekend.
3)the plumbing is horrible. you will hear grinding when you turn on the kitchen faucet, all of the applicances (stove,washer/dryer) are old. AND you can't take a shower at the same time the person in the apartment behind you BECAUSE you won't have any hot water
4)when someone slams any door in the apartment (including the front door) , the entire building will shake
5) rent is due on the 1ST DAY of the month.why, they don't deposit the checks until after the 7th.even mortgage companies give you 5-7 days: . the water bill is crazy, they will tell you "it's only $15-$20 per month: yea right, try $25-30 per month
6) the gate access remote it $75.00 or $62.50 (visor remote). THE GATES ARE ALWAYS OPEN or THEY NEVER WORK. this is a fuxxing rip off. oh, you will get 1/2 cost back when you leave.
6) ANYONE who says this place is great, is either; ON DRUGS, USED TO LIVE IN A LOW INCOME HOUSING PROJECT or JUST HAPPY TO A ROOF OVER THEIR HEADS..
There have been ALOT of apartment and car break-ins. forget being worried about people walking off the street; worry about the low lifes living in the same building.
I suggest to everyone, drive around the complex and notice the clothes hanging over the porches & balconies, the junky porches & balconies, the dirty complex with stray animals roaming around.
pay the extra rent at another place. this place is one of the cheaper apartments and YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR... odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG

I still live here...and yes the person who wrote it is angry (so I dont know about their neighbors) BUT EVERYTHING else is pretty much TRUE !

I'll agree as well. We lived there and within the first month my husbands car was broken into and mine was stolen. Right before we moved a guy that had parked next to me had his window broken and all four tires and rims taken. Forget that! They say not to park in the back which I would advise but it won't make a difference b/c he was parked in the front. Good luck to all!
