dont even bother telling the office something in your apt. is broken, they never fix it, ive waited up to 3 weeks for my air to be fixed.. when I moved in the dishwasher was broken they kept saying we will have it fixed soon.. i moved out a year later and it was still broken!!! also when I moved in the carpets were not cleaned, they came a few days later and cleaned then but in the process of cleaning they broke my childerns bunk bed... yes they did fix it but it took a while.. my kids had to sleep with me for a while bc i was to scared to let them sleep on there beds... take it from me do not live there!!! there are better places to live.
