management sucked From: have2kids Date posted: 9/29/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   We lived in building 10. roaches all the time!!! management tried to tell us they were NOT roaches. the dishwasher was broke and it took them 3 months to fix and I got a used one that didnt even fit properly in the space. parties all the time. complained to management and they never did a thing. water was always being shut off without prior notice. about once a week. my showers..yes both had leaks from the apartment above. maintainence fixed it, but left the molding plaster there. we had gone out of town that weekend and maintenance left our door unlocked and our lights on in the bathroom. management said it didnt cost but a few cents for them to leave on the electricity and said nothing was stolen from our apartment. we left the place spotless, better than we moved in with clean carpets walls and fixed pipes my hubby did. they had the nerve to say there were pet stains and uncleaned kitchen/dining area and needed to keep our deposit and added another $150 for cleaning. Good thing I took pics and video before leaving!!!! And the parking. If you come home after 7pm forget it. No parking. and people double park as well so if you need to move your vehicle your screwed!!! and trash is always piled up at the outside bins. and no security. one time we came home after the sun was setting and went to check the mail which is across from the pool, and found a couple "mating" for all the world and kids to see!!! disgusting.
