The apartments are in livable condition, but the trouble you have with everything else is way too much hassle. Maintanance does not leave work orders, EVER (which, by the way, I think is against the law). The hot water lasted no more than 3 minutes in the shower. The water was also turned off several times without prior notice. If my kids were still on baby formula, I wouldn't have been able to make their bottles. There is never any parking, in fact, people actually watch for others to leave so they can go out and move their cars into that spot as soon as the other car leaves. Complained several times about upstairs neighbors stomping around 24/7, we could even hear them in the bedroom doing adult things. After we filed all of these complaints about the upstairs neighbors, we find out he is the new courtesy officer and management decides to take his side.
If you aren't there the second your laundry is done in their laundry facility, someone will take it out and throw it on the filthy table they have in there. Also, there is a 50/50 chance that the security gate is working and that your gate card will work. Management has attitude problem and plays games when they know they have done something wrong.
