Management does not abide by the Lease Contract

I am a resident, and the property manager failed to follow the proper procedures for the advance notice of towing off vehicles.
I never recieved a written notice that I was going to get my trailer moved. I attempted to find storage, and the manager did not honor the legal contract addendum according to the TAA notification of prior notice of removal of my personal property. They were to notify me in advance, and then allow me some time to move the trailer. However the manager took it upon herself to do all of the above without following the proper procedures. I plan to notify the Management Company about how the Management Staff fails to abide by the Legal and binding contract provided by the San Antonio Apartment Association. New Residents BEWARE of the actions of the management staff.
