This is really a pretty average place to live. The place isn't Stone Oak but it;s not Raybon street on the east side either. There are some strange people walking around sometimes and some crack heads standing on the corner, just a very small hint of ghetto but nothing to worry about packing a stun gun or firearm for. The parking is pretty good and the facilities are adequate, nothing special but just everything you would need to get by. I would recommend this place to any one just starting out that needs a cheap place to live with just the bare neccssities.
