Well I will just say that I feel that things here have really gone down hill as far as the quality of people living here go. I have been here about a year and a half now
and seen a few people come and go and the management just doesn't seem to be doing a good job of screening the people that move in here. I can't speak for the other buildings in th complex but I can imagine it's not too much different because it seems like they will just let whoever move in here. I often get a wift of some pot coming from one of the neighboors apts when I walk by, alot of nighttime activity also, alot of people just coming and going through all hours of the night and walking throughout the complex. It's also looking like some gang activity is starting to creep it's way up in this complex and around this area here because I have been seen more and more people dressed in solid red shirts and with red bandanas sticking out of their back pockets, alot of it is most likely due to this complex being located between 2 other apartment complexes that are section 8, so alot of these people just walk back and forth between this complex and the section 8 complexes. There are also alot of kids running around the complex, espescilly at night on a school night when they should be in bed. I will sum everything up here by saying that these are my obsevations as of lately and that what bothers me might not bother someone else so if the shooe fits where it, other than that everything thing else is good, parking is good, the grounds are well kept and maitanance is quick to respond to any issues, if management would step things up in this area and get some of these ghetto people out of here this place would be really great, but as of right now I would not recommend to anyone because of the issues I have mentioned.
