From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/13/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006 1 response   I have had problems with the staff not working on Saturdays from 10am-4pm, like its posted and what the answering service tells me. I'm a single parent that works from 8:30am-5:30pm. So I do all my erands on Saturdays...So when I do need to do something in reference to where I live, the staff is never there to assist those who do work. Since 7/05 the rent has increase and decreased twice. I've have rented somewhere where the rent is a roller coaster ride. This is somewhat bothersome. Children are always playing with the gates and break them...It took them more than 6 months before it was finally fixed at the begining of May 2006. This is why I would not recommend this complex to those I know.
