This place has gone down in a rapid manner From: trece7471@satx.rr.com Date posted: 11/4/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I moved into this complex in July of 2006 and I have seen it go from a nice place to live to project living. I moved here because the grounds were kept up very well. I found out very early this was due to to good lawn care service and not the maintenance here at the complex. If making a decision please run the other way, unlike when I moved here now there are other options. When I moved here I received a note from the office daily to the tenants stating what was acceptable behavior for living here. It aggravated me alot, but now I wish we had this again. The tenants(section 8 or low income) here need to be told what not to do. Today, as I entered the complex on each side of the street there were garbage cans on porches with garbage in them. One porch was so cluttered it had a seat from the inside of a van on it being used as patio furniture, and a commercial mop bucket(large yellow) turn over on the grass. There was garbage on one of the lawns that has been there since Tuesday of this week and no one has attempted to clean this up. The old manager was a pain but she kept this place clean. There is a hole the size of a small in the drive way thatthe kids here are making larger by picking rocks from it and throwing debris all over the place. The maintenacne well I not sure why the same person has been here so long but he has taken the stance that he can't be replaced and does nothing. Of the repairs I have turned in only 2 have actually been taken care of. One only after I had taken pictures and informed them in writing. Don't move here unless you don't mind living in a project environment. I gave a 30 day notice but I don't think I will be here that long. Sincerely, Packing Fast
