Even before the new manager took over, this place blew. The buildings are older than God, with tons of maintenance problems that they don't want to fix. The new manager is a jerk, she never gets utility bills out on time, if they come at all, then she'll harrass you to pay plus late fees. She also double bills and will keep your deposit if you don't pay the double bill. She is mean, inconsiderate, and a bloody thief. The place is old and dirty, the fence always falls down and hoodlums come walking in. The electrical wiring is so old that there are constant power failures.
