Average From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/20/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   My overall stay has been pleasant. Maintenance has been very responsive when I've put in a request. The office staff is friendly, however the answering service isn't the greatest over the phone and don't know if they even really relay messages. The walls are pretty thin, so you can hear when your upstairs neighbor is running the water in the shower, kitchen sink, dishwasher or doing laundry. Oh yeah, and if your upstairs neighbors are heavy on their feet you will certainly hear them going up and down the stairs and yelling from the balcony across the parking lot. From time to time you get those lazy people who don't want to get off the car and knock so they honk their horn over and over. Some weekends you will find beer cans in the yard from the night before, but maintanence cleans it up pretty quickly in the morning, usually before 8:00 or 9:00 a.m. This small complex is overall better than some of the other places I've stayed where I have to find a way to get out of the lease early by writing nasty letters to the management staff.
