Hyperion Apartments

Not any extras From: Bookreader@satx.rr.com Date posted: 4/4/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   I moved into the Hyperion apts in Dec of 02. I thought it would be a quiet place to live and a good apartment for the price. Well the apartment is not level. There is a wasp nest on my balcony. The people leave alot to be desired that live here. They are letting these party people move in. So at about 1am all you hear is the thump of loud music. They don't clean the gym unless you call them. The pool has not been drained and cleaned but you can go swimming. My water bill last month was 14.00. Thats because everyone shares a meter and they only get one bill and then they divide it up. I will not re-new my lease when the time is up. I just wish it would hurry and come on. So I can get out of this place.
