Ever since my wife and I stepped foot in our leased apartment, we knew there was going to be trouble. The guy above us is a Marine, weighs about 150 lbs., and walks like an elephant! And no matter how many times we contact management concerning his late-night parties, they refuse to do anything because he's military. He can do no wrong, and this doesn't just go for us, either. We've spoken with several other tenants that live around us as well, and they all say the same thing: "As soon as our lease is up, we're gone"! Therefore, it has to be not only the people guy who lives above us, but the overall construction of the complex itself. They say that the walls and floors are paper-thin. And we won't begin to start listing all of the maintenance problems, because there have been too many to count.Just to give you an idea, we've called maintenance 4 times concerning broken pipes, an electrical outage (that lasted for 36 hours because they couldn't figure out the problem), and A/C problems, NOT including cosmetic incidents. PLEASE READ: Management will promise anything BEFORE you sign your lease, but beware afterwards! This is one of the worst places we've ever lived, and we look forward to moving out as soon as possible!
