Most unpleasant experience in an apartment ever! Would strongly discourage anyone from moving into Indian Hollow!

Indian Hollow appears to be a great place to live - from the outside. Once a resident at Indian Hollow you will quickly learn that appearances only do so much. The actual apartments are fairly nice. However, we noticed a huge downturn in the property as we were leaving. We had baby rattlesnakes on our porch and rats in our walls that began to venture into our kitchen. The rat problem is something that the management has known about for some time as our upstairs neighbors complained about it months before the rats ever moved down in to our apartment. The thing at Indian Hollow that makes it such a miserable place is the office staff. They are rude, unprofessional, and extremely confrontational. We tried several times to simply ask questions but were greeted by snotty replys with no real answers. The office staff is simply unwilling to help with any questions or concerns. They tried to charge us for a dirty dishwasher. How does a dishwasher get dirty'''' When we tried to file a complaint and contest the charges, the office staff refused to give out any information on their parent company, Lincoln Property Company. They flat out lied to me about contacting their parent company. If you ever need their parent company, it is Lincoln Property Company and they have a website with all of their contact information. Be very careful when considering moving into Indian Hollow as the staff seems very unscrupulous. I would never recommend anyone to Indian Hollow.
