What a change for the worse From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/12/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   I have to agree with the earlier comments that this place is great, because at one time it was the best place to live. You have to look at the dates when you read all of the reviews. If you notice, the negitive reviews are after Oct 2004--that is when management changed to MBS. I have to ditto the negitive comments as well. This place has gone to the dumps in a matter of months. Even though I love my floor plan, I have to find another place to live. I don't feel safe at all. So I'll be moving on......
