How do you know what mgmt has done? Do you expect them to cc you on each letter that goes out? You do plan on getting a place far out in the country, right? Because here in the big city you have to sometimes listen to noise. Yep, it sucks... but thats life. Don't blame the office staff because your neighbor is ignorant. You only make yourself look ignorant while your at it.

Well let me tell you hwo I know, every damn night it continues and I tell the MGMT every time I hear it. BUT NOOOO it continues every DAMN NIGHT BOOOM BOOOM BOOOM BOOOM BBOOOM. But I do pay rent and no where on my lease does it say "you live in the city so you must deal with noise" I signed a contract with the MGMT and they must must deal with the problems and they have not. So in turn they are as much of the problem as my boombox neighbors.

I think mbs sucks i have lived at a one of there properties and the management staff sucks, they take forever to do the work orders, when i first moved in they said my apt was ready the HELL it was my husband and i had to clean it again. I would never recommmend a MBS property to anyone. They corporate office needs to go take customer service classes before they try to run a apartment community. all mbs owners care about are there selfs.

I also think this place sucks!! Whether it's MBS or lazy staff, this place is truly unbelievable! And the whole thing about making coments like "these people that write bad reviews have nothing to do and too much time"??? That should show you how much this place sucks!! That all these people take time out of their busy schedules because they've been so effected by how lousy this crap-hole is!
