Now I know why management does not return my calls. You can not have all this people say that this place is a dump and then have one person say they love it.If you think this place is great just wait, or even better ask them how long the gate have broken' (almost a year) How long does it take to get a work order done' How many cars have been broken in to. Why can't management fix any of the problems' Why have all the long time residents moved out' If you don;t believe me come on by and drive around the gate always open. Find one of the many moving truck that are here any given week and ask them what they think.

ATTENTION!!! The gates are not for your protection. They are in place to help control traffic. You can call and ask any community in the san antonio area. They are called "controlled access gates or limited access gates." NOT security gates. The apartment community is not resp. for your property. If someone wants to get in they can follow someone through the gates even if it was working. It doesnt take a scientist to figure it out. REMEMBER you live in apartment complex not a neighborhood street. You have lots of people around and the same thing could happen to peoples cars anywhere.

helper06 is full of crap and probably works here. Regardless of what the gates are called, they're supposed to work and don't...and the few times they actually do work I can't get in anyway becasue I was never given a gate card (along with 70% of the other residents in this hell hole)! This place sucks and I can't wait to get out of here!!

Gates are not for protection? Is that why they are called "Security Gates" in the lease agreement?
