We have been here two and half years and have been very happy. Inspections are done every three months and I know that bothers some of the tenants it also bothered me at first but I just wasn't used to that.I guess I would also do inspections on property I owned to make sure my property was not being damaged.What does bother us is having to report every little change in our income.If we should get a small raise we can't be happy about it because we have to report it right away and of course that means our rent will go up.Ofcourse we know there are some people that live here that are lying saying that they are single mothers when actualy their husbands are living there with them and earn a very good income and are paying 0 rent or very little rent.Other tenants have pets knowing pets are not allowed.My daughter gets mad about that because she has always wanted a pet and doesn't like reporting her income but like I tell her it's better having a clean contience and a nice place to live then to always be worrying they will found out and we'll lose our home.So like I said so far so good.We are very happy here the office staff Shauna and Paula are very nice the maintience guys Mr.Grahm and David do a great job.The grounds are always well kept and parking is no problem.If there has been any trouble I haven't heard any thing about it I have always felt pretty safe here.
