Military=No Deposit From: nuyork23 Date posted: 8/1/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   Ok I am so glad I read this. I am about to PCS to virginia and every review I have read for every apartment complex I like says they are horrible so as A little test I looked at the one I currently live in and aha, they talk badly about it. This place is great military has no deposit, for one they have mutiple floor plans I chose the largest, I have vaulted cielings cause I live on the top floor and a fire place great closets i frigin love the closets. Ok my neighbor is an a-hole he friggin bangs at the slightest sound, and maintenance does take forever and a day to fix anything. I'ved never had any bugs I didn't let fly in the house with the door open. The best part is the military discount and the lack of deposit and I got a friend to move in and they took hundred dollars off my next months rent. Trust me If I wasn't changing duty stations I'd renew.
