A Nice Place to Call Home From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/3/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I moved in a little over a year ago. Within the past few months I have noticed some major improvements within the complex. Maintenance is quick to respond to any problems that I may have in my apartment. Yes there were some cars that were tagged but they have been removed already. Anyone who has any common sense would know that a car cannot be towed unless the proper steps have been taken to notify the owner of the vehicle. The gates have been working fine when I have come home at night but I did notice sometimes that it was down because somebody ran into them. Some people just have no respect and I'm sure those gates aren't cheap to have repaired when someone does something like this. Luckily this hasn't affected my pocketbook. The grounds are alot cleaner than they used to be and the pools are always blue. As for the office staff, they have been very courteous to me. I did have some problems with some noisy neighbors but with the help of the courtesy officers and management, we were able to get it resolved. I have referred a few of my friends to live here and they are pleased with the complex as well. I have rented a few apartments in my time and no complex has been perfect. I don't think there is such thing as perfection. I have had a pleasant experience living at Iron Horse. Your home is what you make of it and if I wasn't happy then I would be moving elsewhere. I have just renewed for another year and couldn't be happier.
