We just moved out last week after having spent 6 YEARS in Iron Horse Valley. It was decent when we moved in, but it's become a run-down slum. Management doesn't sent maintenance out to take care of things until it's completely out of hand. We were infested with ants (on the third floor, which tells me they were in the walls); had a meth lab in our nextdoor neighbor's apartment (until he got busted); had a leak in the bathroom pipes for a very long time that was merely patched twice until a waterfall apparently started in the apartment beneath us... and then maintenance woke us up at ONE IN THE MORNING to ask if we had a leak... Our new trashy neighbors blasted music after hours and apparently thought it was fun to throw their trash in the parking lot and leave it on the stairs and in the breezeway. The place just sucks utterly and we are SO glad to be GONE.
