Ok, I have only been a resident for a few weeks, but I thought that Kenton deserved a few kind words. First of all, they changed management companies about 13 months ago (I know this from a friend who lived there through the transition and before buying his own place). So far the Office staff has been very friendly and attentive. I just handed in my prelimenary apartment review, but some of the work on it had been done before I handed in the form. As the apartments at 22 years old, you can hear the water, but the up-side is that the water pressure is great! The new management is slowly re-doing the run dowm courts and fitness center. So far, I am quite happy with the apartments.. after all, the price was perfect.
